WHY SOY WAX CANDLES?

Soy candles are made out of soy wax. This wax is derived from soybeans, making soy candles completely renewable and biodegradable.

Transforming soybeans into wax is a long process. It starts once the soybeans are harvested and cleaned. Then, these beans are cracked, dehulled and rolled into flakes. After which, oil is extracted from flakes and is hydrogenated.

how to check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. You should also receive emails with updates as well as shipping information and statuses. If for some reason you do not receive the info you are looking for, you can reach out to us by clicking the contact us button on our page or Call our shop phone line and we will be glad to assist you.

when will my credit card be charged?

Your card is charged immediately after you place your order.

where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states and some international destinations. Please verify shipping guidelines and information upon check-out.

when will my order ship?

After you order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, wrapped and shipped (with love always). Once your order has been dropped off, the delivery status is no longer within our control. Please Note: We are Unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

what is the return policy?

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or third party products.

Candle Care

- Trim wick 1/4 inch before each use.

- Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent "tunneling".

-Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

- Never leave burning candles unattended.

- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

- Keep candles on a stable heat friendly service away from flammable objects before lighting.
